TEXT MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Bloomwell Text Messaging Program

Bloomwell uses text messaging for customer service and communications related to inquiries, appointments, and bookkeeping services.Messages may include:Responses to inquiriesConsultation and appointment schedulingAppointment remindersRequests for information or documentsBookkeeping and payroll-related remindersService updatesAccount or client-service communicationsFollow-up messages related to an inquiry, appointment, or client relationshipBloomwell does not use this text-messaging program to send marketing, advertising, promotional offers, sales announcements, or event promotions.

Bloomwell will not send additional text messages unless you later submit the website form and provide new consent.Opting out of text messages does not necessarily stop communications through email, telephone calls, client portals, postal mail, or other methods needed to respond to your inquiry or provide services.

8. Delivery and Availability

10. Your Responsibilities

By agreeing to receive text messages, you confirm that:You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number providedYou are authorized to consent to messages at that numberThe information you provide is accurateYou will notify Bloomwell or opt out if you no longer control the numberYou will not use Bloomwell’s messaging service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive purposesIf your mobile number changes or is reassigned, notify Bloomwell or reply STOP before you discontinue using the number.

11. Confidential and Sensitive Information

Text messaging is not always a secure method for sending confidential information.Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, banking credentials, full payment-card information, confidential payroll records, tax documents, or other highly sensitive information by text message.Bloomwell may direct you to an approved accounting platform, client portal, document-storage system, or other secure method for transmitting sensitive records.

12. Changes to the Program or These Terms

Bloomwell may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue its text-messaging program at any time.Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

13. Other Agreements

These Terms apply only to Bloomwell’s text-messaging program.They do not replace or modify any bookkeeping engagement letter, service agreement, payment terms, confidentiality agreement, or other contract between Bloomwell and a client.
