  • Jessi Bloom - Founder & CEO

    Jessi Bloom is a Certified QuickBooks Expert and the founder of Bloomwell Business Solutions, specializing in bookkeeping for lawyers, real estate agents, nonprofits, and small to medium-sized businesses. With a strong background in bookkeeping and HR, Jessi brings a unique blend of accuracy, care, and personalized service to her clients, offering time-saving solutions and financial insights to help businesses thrive.

    Outside of work, Jessi enjoys teaching yoga and meditation, playing guitar, traveling, and exploring the mountains—especially Asheville, NC—with her loyal Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Theo.

  • Teri Pohlmeier - Bookkeeper

    Teri joined Bloomwell Bookkeeping with a strong background in detail-oriented roles, including work for a CPA, an import/export company, a pharmaceutical organization, and a Methodist missions group. Over the past three years, she has earned her QuickBooks certification, gained expertise in CRM platforms, and developed a passion for tackling challenging clean-up projects, making her a key member of the Bloomwell team.

    Before joining Bloomwell, Teri balanced raising her family and running her own jewelry business, demonstrating her adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit. Her focus on precision and problem-solving continues to drive her success in bookkeeping and client support.

    Teri thrives on helping businesses stay organized and efficient, ensuring financial clarity and peace of mind for her clients.

  • Laken Fuller - Bookkeeper

    Laken Fuller is a junior bookkeeper and self-proclaimed art director for Bloomwell Bookkeeping. She is a reconciliation superhero.  Laken was born and raised in North Carolina. A jill-of-all-trades with a blend of creativity, critical thinking, and mathematical skills, Laken has worked in many different industries, demonstrating versatility and the ability to excel in any job she takes on.

    In addition to her role at Bloomwell, Laken runs her own small business, selling crystals and handmade gifts. She holds an Associate in Arts from Wake Technical Community College. Laken has been with her husband since 2017, and together they share their home with five cats. A true animal lover, she also enjoys pet sitting in her spare time.
